Tortilla Making and Mexican Dinner
Celebrate Seis de Mayo! Come and learn the art of making homemade tortillas to accompany a variety of Mexican based fillings and then share the scrumptious results. You can create your own fillings to suit your palate. James Graves from Full & By Farm will be conducting the class. He will demonstrate the art of rolling out the dough to create wonderfully delicious (and beautiful!) tortillas using simple kitchen equipment you already have at home. Please call the Grange (963- 4170) to make your reservation."

The Grange is fully equipped with canning supplies and equipment, including several pressure canners. It is certified as a commercial kitchen and is available for use by home-canners and value-added food producers. Presented by the Grange Community Kitchen
